In the aftermath of the devastating floods in August 2024, the community faced a severe rise in waterborne and vector-borne diseases. Recognizing the urgent need for medical support, we collaborated with our partner organization, Jeevan Shiksha, to organize four free health check-up camps in the most affected areas. Each camp was staffed with qualified medical professionals who provided comprehensive consultations, basic treatments, and distributed essential medicines free of cost. Health awareness and hygiene sessions were also conducted to prevent further disease outbreaks. Over 1,000 villagers directly benefited from this initiative, which not only provided critical medical aid but also strengthened community resilience through compassion and solidarity.
