We conducted meetings to clarify the roles and responsibilities of Panchayat members within the Village Health, Sanitation, and Nutrition Committees (VHSNCs). During the discussions, it was observed that ASHA workers often managed financial processes without holding formal meetings. This initiative helped create awareness among Panchayat members about the importance of active participation, regular meetings, and transparent fund utilization. As a result, greater accountability and coordination have been promoted in local health governance.
